MOMOTARÓ / STUDIO DAMÚZA

#FOR KIDS #FAIRYTALE #MIDDLE PACK #EASY TRAVELLER #PUPPETS

A nonverbal puppet show with live music for children from 3 years of age. The performance is based on a traditional Japanese story about an orphan boy who is one day pulled out of water by a childless pair. He sails hidden in a peach, “momo” in Japanese – so they call him Momotaró. Once he grows up, he set out in the world to fight with daemons living on a remote island. On his journey Momotaró meets his allies and friends – a crab, an eel and a whale. Together they defeat the daemons and return back home to his adoptive parents.
